Mr. Felix Mallawarachchi has 28 years of experience with excellent knowledge of the Travel Tourism & Hospitality industry in both Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates.
During 28 years of an extensive career in the hospitality industry, he has held responsibilities from the trainee receptionist to the position of general manager, working in most parts of Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates.
Professionally qualifying with a Doctorate in Management studies (DMS) specialization in Hotel Management & Hospitality Management, MBA In Human Resource Management & Hospitality Management at Indian School of Management studies, Accredited to British Certification & IAF (International Accreditation Forum), Dip in Travel Tourism & Hospitality Management at Rhazes institute of Management Science, Docklands, London, completed a trainer’s development program conducted by Tourism Training center of Sri Lanka, and attended the Ceylon Hotel School in Front office qualifying at certificate level.
Mr Felix Mallawarachchi has a strong relationship with the CIS market and has participated in many travel and tourism exhibitions in Russia, Germany, London, Ukraine, and Dubai.
Currently working as a hotel general manager and a free-lance consultant in the hospitality industry.
